With experience supporting adults, couples, adolescents, children, and parents, I ground my work in continuous training and a deep commitment to building authentic therapeutic relationships. I approach each person and relationship with respect for their uniqueness, aiming to provide a safe and welcoming space where individuals and couples can express themselves, explore their difficulties more deeply, and create space for meaningful change and personal growth.
Ever since I was a child, I had a deep wish: to change the world. I wanted to make things fairer, brighter, more human. It was my innocent, persistent, and absolute childhood dream.
As I grew older, I began to understand just how complex the world really is. It doesn’t change easily and certainly not all at once. So, I started somewhere closer: with myself. I began a journey of personal understanding, self-awareness, and growth. Along the way, I met others who were also looking to bring light into themselves and into the world around them. That’s how psychology became not just my profession, but my way of connecting, supporting, and sharing.Because every time one person starts to feel better within themselves, the world shifts, even if just a little. And maybe, that’s enough.I was born in Athens and began my psychology studies at the University of Kent in the UK. I continued at University College London (UCL), specializing in Educational and Developmental Psychology. Wanting to go deeper, I trained in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations, and also completed a Seminar in Psychoanalytic Thought and Practice.Through my work in different settings from psychological centers to online therapy platforms, I’ve met people with unique stories, different challenges, and dreams that matter. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that each person holds their own answers. That’s why it’s important for me to truly understand each individual’s story and, together, co-create a reality filled with resources, strengths, and possibilities. If I had to choose three words to describe my approach, they would be: authenticity, connection, and acceptance.

Systemic Therapy
I work from a systemic perspective, which sees the individual as part of broader contexts, family, relationships, and society. Understanding the dynamics of these systems and exploring how they shape one's inner world and relationships is a core part of the therapeutic process.Psychodynamic Therapy
Drawing from psychodynamic thinking allows me to explore the unconscious patterns that influence a person’s choices, relationships, and emotions. By working through the past, we give space to what was, so that what is, and what can be, can come into light.Narrative Therapy
I believe in the power of story. In therapy, we explore the narratives a person has told or been told about themselves and their life. Together, we begin to re-author these stories into ones that hold space for choice, care, and new meaning.Trauma Therapy
Psychological trauma doesn’t stay in the past, it shows up in the present through fear and disconnection. Through safe connection and conscious presence, we gently tend to the wounded parts and make room for healing and redefinition.Body-Oriented Therapy
The body is not just a container of emotional pain, it is memory, expression, and wisdom. I work with deep respect for the body as a source of insight and a tool for restoring emotional balance.

Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy offers a safe and supportive space for exploration. The goal is to strengthen emotional resilience in the face of external challenges and internal conflicts. Together, we identify and deconstruct unhelpful patterns, often rooted in early experiences, and make space for choices that feel more aligned with your current needs, values, and desires.Group Psychotherapy
Group therapy is a powerful space for connection. The group dynamic offers reflection, support, and insight. Within this safe framework, relationships formed in the group help individuals see themselves through others’ eyes and reconsider how they relate. It’s a deeply effective and more accessible, form of therapy.Couples Therapy
A couple’s relationship is a living system that evolves with time and circumstance. Couples therapy offers a space for both partners to be heard, to understand repeating patterns, and to co-create new ways of communicating, relating, and growing together. Whether in times of crisis or simply seeking to deepen your connection, therapy can be a place of repair and renewal.Parenting Support
Parenthood doesn’t come with a manual and every child, like every parent, is unique. Parent counseling offers a space for understanding, release, and empowerment. The aim is to strengthen your connection with your child, support your parenting skills, and address everyday challenges without pressure or guilt. This process is built on collaboration, not instruction, honoring the wisdom every parent already carries within.
I believe that a meaningful and authentic therapeutic relationship can be built, even through a screen. I offer online sessions for adults, couples, adolescents, and parents, making it possible for people from any location, within or outside of Greece, to access a safe, consistent, and supportive space for therapy without geographical limitations.Online therapy allows many people to integrate self-care into their daily lives with greater flexibility, while still preserving the quality and emotional connection essential for meaningful therapeutic work.
